Capability demo

Broken part in, printed part out.

A demonstration of the process end to end β€” a broken original, measured, modelled, and reprinted. This is a demo build, not a customer job; real shop work will replace it here as it comes in.

Demo build β€” measured and reprinted

A sample part carried from broken original to finished replacement, to show the process. Your part follows the same three steps.

How it works

Three steps, no account, no phone tag.

1

Send a photo

From your phone, right now. The broken part, a ruler next to it if you have one. That's enough to start.

2

I model it and quote

You get a fixed price and a ship date within 24 hours. No charge to look, no obligation.

3

Printed and shipped

Approved parts ship in 3–5 business days. If it doesn't fit, I revise the model and reprint it.

Optional Β· Tighter quotes

Want to measure it yourself?

A clear photo is all I need to start. But for the most exact quote, you can measure the part right in your browser with CamScan β€” a free tool I built, no install or account. Lay a coin or ruler in the shot for scale, mark the edges and holes, and send the annotated image with your photos.

CamScan is a free browser tool β€” no install, no account.

What I make

Obsolete plastic, mostly.

Housings & covers Brackets & mounts Gears Clips & latches Knobs & handles Bezels & trim Spacers & bushings Jigs & fixtures

If the original was injection-moulded plastic and the manufacturer stopped making it, it's probably in scope. I'll tell you straight when printing isn't the right answer rather than sell you a part that will fail β€” load-bearing metal, gas-wetted, and food-contact parts are the usual no.

Get a quote

Upload a photo of the part.

One screen, no login. I read every one myself and reply within one business day.

JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC. Resized on your phone before upload, so it works on bad signal.

No account, no spam, no sharing your details. Photos are used only to quote your part.

Price & turnaround

What this usually costs.

Every part is quoted individually before you commit β€” the numbers below are what most jobs land at, not a rate card you're locked into.

Typical part
$75–250

Most land around $120. The modelling is the real work, so a second identical part is far cheaper than the first β€” say up front if you need a few.

Turnaround
3–5 days

Business days from your approval to shipped, with the quote back to you within 24 hours. Rush is sometimes possible β€” ask.

New shops
First part free

Your first part is on me if it's simple geometry β€” a clip, knob, spacer, bracket or cover. I'll tell you honestly when a part doesn't qualify before doing any work.
